Now that The Sims 4 is free to play, should Digital Deluxe Upgrade be free as well?

I realized that Digital Deluxe Upgrade is not free and has ridiculous pricing. I don't see why would people buy the upgrade since it has very few contents. Do you think it should be free?

I have to say, EA did some smart business marketing as the base game is just a shell for what is to come. Hence the name of the game is to make money, as all businesses do.
