I caught Don Lothario walking around Del Sol Valley nude. I thought maybe he was streaking because of a holiday I created (Fools Day) but then I noticed it really wasn't the streaking animation. I'll check if any NAPs are active even though I disabled that. It's funny because Don would totally do this.
