Nude pedestrians?!

We have 2 different Simmers having the same issues with sims just randomly going around nude in their games with 2 different Packs. NAP? I don't think so because NAP didn't come in Seasons, it came in Eco Lifestyle. Bug for certain because it's being reported by 2 different Simmers with 2 different Packs involved. And also Seasons was released before Eco Lifestyle.

And have been here since Sims 1. Specifically launch for 4.
