:O The New Tastemakers Ought to Be Named Taskmasters!

Question

I don't care how many times my Sim uploads music to this company, it's never enough. He just uploaded one the night before and yet, the very next morning, he's been fired. Face/palm. Their excuse? He needs to upload on a more regular basis. So, let me ask, how many times a day would make it a regular basis? How many times a week, a month, a year? Nope, I'm sorry Tastemakers you've left a rather sour taste in my mouth.

It's my opinion they shouldn't be named the New Tastemakers, but rather the Old Taskmasters! Or better still, Slave-drivers. Oi!

Don't know about tastemakers, but Dinky Beats wanted a new track every 3 days...honestly that's way too much imo, I mean I got other things to do you know and the royalties report kept getting obnoxiously long.
It's strange to me, every written song/lyric you can only publish ones per week per category but your label needs a track every other day?

Thanks for responding. :) My Sim has worked for both companies and lost his job from both of them, too. It's really hard when a Sim is in such demand. Throwing Fan Meet &amp; Greets, Charity Events, Concerts, just showing up for the normal meet a celebrity at Orchid A Go Go, hitting the local talent shows, going to the Starlight Accolades, in the hope a Sim's name is announced … Busy, busy, busy.

Hey, your Sim could be like Justin Guarini. His label dumped him while he was on vacation. It was the beginning of the end to his relationship with Kelly Clarkson. :'(

Thanks for letting me know about Tastemakers o/ My sim JUST got a call from them, and I decided to search to see if anyone else had any experience with them. Thank goodness, I can cancel that call now :# I'll be waiting for Dinky instead, since Maxis Music Machine also nag and nag every day, even though I released a track the day/evening before.

My sims always want to produce/release new tracks, though, so I always have at least 2 unreleased in their inventories
