My favourite occult storyline has involved Greg the misunderstood werewolf getting a life. Seriously, he made me so sad in his little hut with his keep out signs I couldn't take it any more. So first I got him a friend in the form of Spellcaster Aurora. She's a nature loving Spellcaster who lives in a castle with a unicorn, wild foxes and birds and she befriended him after a lot of effort and a few scars. The moment when this angry werewolf finally accepted a hug from her was quite emotional and gave her the Adoring sentiment. Then I created the ghost of Greg's lost wife Avelina along with the ghosts of the wolf/dog familiars Brutus, Verity, Gibby and Renga. It was a challenge getting their relationship maxed but eventually Greg was happily reunited with her...to Aurora's slight heartache. I put Avelina in Forgotten Hollow as the Vampires have been vanquished (by the delete button!) She has a portal to Moonwood Mill in her garden along with her trusty telescope. Because Greg doesn't live with her she can finally keep her house free from scratches and destruction. 🐺
My other favourite is my Paranormal investigator Olivia. She was on a mountain climbing expedition with her fiancé Kaveh. Kaveh was a quiet artist working on his own gallery and store. He didn't have the ability to climb as well as Olivia and died on an expedition. His grave is at the foot of the mountain. Olivia became obsessed with the occult and ghosts and began travelling to spooky worlds and bought a haunted house with a secret basement and a creepy attic. She communes with ghosts and chases off malevolent spirits. 💀
I actually love your Paranormal Investigator Olivia! For some weird reason, I imagine her with the face of Anne of Green Gables and the outfit and hair of Lara Croft. The fact that she communes with ghosts makes the whole thing even better! Please upload some screenshots if/when you have them. I would love to see Olivia and Avelina as well!
thatsme_ever that's almost the look I was going for with Olivia, I actually went for a blend of Buffy/Lara/Indiana Jones. I created her with the long blonde braided pony and instead of the black clothing I chose earth tones with different brown leather jackets, faded skinny jeans and brown boots. She wouldn't be seen in a dress or anything floral and is always dressed to tackle the paranormal. I added some haunted lots and ruins around for her to explore, especially in Moonwood Mill as it's deserted now and only Greg and the heads of the packs are left there. For Avelina I looked online for inspiration and used the dresses from the Vampire and Get Famous packs to fit the time period.
I can't add images 😞 for some reason it hasn't been letting me do that from my mobile phone since we migrated from the last forum, but Olivia's home, Sheltered Pines is in The Gallery as a Residential lot (I play it as a Haunted House Residential), Aurora the Spellcaster's home is there too and it's called Glimmerbrook Castle.
The creepy lots from Moonwood Mill are also in The Gallery, Shivered Timbers and Haunted Monument.
