Seeing the long list of bug fixes in this patch, I want to say again that I'm glad there's no new EP for now.
There are so many bugs waiting, but if they keep this level, I hope that they will even fix some visual bugs (especially the moon visual bug, which bothers me most)
I'm surprised that they will add a physique toggle on/off too. I had to use a mod to stop it after my sim's body changed just after passing the 2nd holiday feast. It would be best to have this choice without using mods. But I will wait for weeks to make sure that toggle works.
Also, glad to see the fix that will help Dine Out be more playable. I may not have to avoid having celebs in the restaurant anymore. lol
I do the same, rotating households in the wee hours of the morning when most Sims should be asleep. And lately, in the new household, most of them are up and about, cooking food or working on a computer or reading or playing on a jungle gym or whatever.
Very nice to see updates to the family recipes. I hope we can get some more recipes for seasons grand meals. After 8 only 5 grand meals is getting repetitive. The same can be said for Rom cauldrons with only 3 available meals. They don't have to be new dishes , just already existing meals made available for grand meals and cauldrons.
Sims are now able to properly Order Food or Drinks from Bartenders while they are doing something else like socializing, Practicing Tricks, or other Bartender behavior. (Base Game)
Thank goodness; now I won't have to send Sakumo, Laura, Kakashi, and Yusei home whenever they become hungry and/or thirsty. Although, I still want to make sure they get their food and/or drinks before a townie comes and takes it instead.
We addressed an instance of Sims remaining frozen that could occur after a Sim took a nap or performed other interactions. (Base Game)
Fixed an issue that could cause Sims to get stuck and freeze while planning routing. (Base Game)
Sims should now autonomously prefer eating Leftovers (in the Fridge or on the counter) when they are hungry, rather than creating a new meal from scratch.
🎉
Based on feedback from our Discord Dev Q&As, we’ve added New Game Options to Toggle On/Off Muscle and Weight changes for Sims holistically across a save + new self-interactions on Sims to Toggle On/Off these changes for Sims individually. These settings are completely independent of each other, meaning you can choose to keep weight changes active while turning muscle changes off, though please note that these options do not extend to pets like Cats & Dogs.
Oh, good! I've gotten tired of going into CAS (full mode) to change Sakumo, Laura, Kakashi, and Yusei's muscle and weight back to normal. Yet I wonder if the new game options will apply to townies as well. 🤔
Sims will no longer put food in inappropriate places in general (this includes display cases). We made it so that dining tables and counter tops were the primary locations Sims wanted to put dishes.
This was really driving me batty.
Sims can now drag food that was prepared by another Sim into the fridge.
Very interesting addition.
Televisions are now able to be locked similarly to computers to ensure only certain Sims will use certain Televisions.
It's about time! If only there's a similar option for bookshelves.

With my ramblings out of the way (unless next Tuesday's patch notes has info that catches my attention), I'll continue sulking in a corner since the disappearing houses and lots glitch isn't mentioned in the "laundry list"... again.
Based on Discord Dev Q&A feedback, we moved the "Open" interaction to the front of the Pie Menu for Fridges. That should save a lot of time - great suggestion!
Food is a very important part of life. Think about how often we gather to share a meal in RL, whether to celebrate something, or to say Farewell to a deceased friend or family member.
Oh, dear. Should I hold off on starting that new save until it drops? Or just sally forth and then back up the save prior to Patch Day. Oi! Thanks for the Heads Up!
