I think I would honestly rather be able to explore the mountain than the house tbh. If I want to explore a house, I will build one. I can't just build a mountain. :/
Well then I have good news for you: there are lots of mountains in the open world you actually can explore ;)

Sims 3 stopped working on my computer.
How much GB you have on your computer ?
It is an old computer, the specs are poop. I don't really want to start playing it again, either. I can't get past the ugly graphics :s
Sims' games aren't meant to be played on computers with poop specs.
Sims 4 is.
Err last I checked C&D is uping the spec requirements and recommended, and even if low spec simmers manage to avoid C&D, there's probably going to be a few other heavy hitters (most likely popular ones too) expansions that's going to change the very 'poop specs'.
Like I said in another thread. You can tone down the base game, but you can't tone down those puppies. (pun intended  ) and trust me, seasons isn't going to be any different in this matter.
So if one was playing on a desktop or laptop that was barley above the requirements, and slowly but slightly managing to take in a few gamepacks/stuffpacks, I'm pretty certain C&D is going to be the straw to break the camel's back.
As @phoebebebe13 has been warning many, there's a reason for that. At the end of the day, the Sims 4 is still a sims game, they can't hide from the graphics, animations etc, that will be taxing to your laptop or desktop if it's not up to par. So open world or not, the cycle is going to continue  . They just managed to prolong it lol.
