Open world totally breaks immersion for sure

When I played Barcelona the world was active and populated. It was a great vacation destination for my sims. I might have to move a family or just a couple there to live for a while.
That's one of the improvement I had expected with Sims 4. A real rush hour traffic jam for sims going to and coming home from work. Kids waiting at the bus stop for their school bus. An actually public transpiration (i.e. better subway, buses, cabs, possibly a trolley, and trains.) And not to forget cars again with all the working animations from Sims 2. Oh, and real grass, not green blobs on the ground.
