I'd say seasons because of the realistic gameplay with the weathers alone, it also has some events you can accomplish, you can create your own event, i can't live without it, each worlds has their own climate too
Growing Together as a close second because of the family gameplay and i'm the family gameplay type, your sim can either have a good or bad dynamic with each other!
With this pack you can add or switch personality traits to your likings, it has some family gameplay with this new venue type (forgot the name of it)
The world itself is a meh one but everything else is great
Little kids have their own aspirations
So it's either Seasons or Growing Together you should get in my opinion
