Option to always start at residential worlds instead of "resume game"

Question

It is absolute nuisance to have to "resume game" when the are so many simmers who simply love the game for its building options. Sometimes all we want to do is create and build. I hate the beginning loading screen. I have just spent over 10 mins stuck on a loading screen which is taking me to a family which I have no interest in playing right now. Worst is after that load screen there will be multiple load screend more as I navigate to the one house I am trying to build. All I want to do is continue a build I am working on. It is ridiculous not to have an option to go straight into a map mode or select a world mode so we can build to our hearts content. I buy sims packs stuffs or kits based of the build/buy items added. I spend just as much money as the simmers who rather not build and love to play live mode. So why cant there be a way just to load into a create/build mode instead of a live mode?
This ability would seriously improve the game experience!

Hi @meetkitty123 , the Load Game button will do what you want, go straight into map mode. It is exactly the same as the old Load Game button that you are wishing for @Patrice .

Look below the Resume Game button.

Thank you meetkitty123 i totally agree with you! i miss the old loading
screen, i messing with all that! wether i build or play, we should all have
that option, so i hope that maxis/ea listens to it's community thanks

I also agree. I spend more time playing in Live mode, but I do love to build, too. Rarely do my Sims live in a premade home. It's custom only for them. ;) I just happen to be the go-to Contractor. Yes, being able to navigate straight to the latest build would cut down the time. Have you ever tried to save and then exit while still on the lot you're building? Would be interesting to see if that will be where you can pick up, again, with less hassle.
