A life state that can be switched off and on with a Toggle, according to Guru's, means they can't give them core gameplay. Which is why the only Life States The Sims 3 offered a toggle for were quite shallow.
A toggle for Life States means they have no Integral/Core gameplay and means we would start getting Life States like we have in 3. Which are shallow.
Why is that the case? I'm curious as to what their explanation is.
