Option to disable vampires?

Do you even know what a NPC is? Its a nonplayable character those are all playable sims so they are just townies the ones in houses the ones that serve your sims may not be playable.

I thought, any sim/household not being played, at the time, is an NPC.
Because technically a sims are playable but certain ones like repairman, mailman, maid, etc. they won't have their jobs if they are played, they can definitly live in a house but may not be played
