Options with Toddler when both parents are working?

@pixiejuice.. Thanks a lot the blog was informative. I don't usually have grandparents in the game. I'm not patient enough for that but trying the friend/neighbor method sounds good. I've had baby daddy types that have invited the toddlers over alone to spend time with them but I didn't think of doing it from the other angle. Great :).
