I have my sim in a one room bungalow. I got one outside heater but she complained about being bitter cold so I bought another one. she has the basics and the four paintings from the challenge. and a cheap bathroom. her first bill was just over $400. will try the fire place in the next winter, each season is just two weeks long. after fire place will try central heating.
