OWNING YOUR OWN BUSINESS BUT YOUR UNEMPLOYED

Why is it that when you own a business: Restaurant, Gallery, retail etc. your sims is Unemployed?
Does this mean that the owner of EA Games is Unemployed ?? Is Bill Gates Unemployed??
In Sims 3 there were business goals and financial goals...Now in Sims 4 when your sims runs
their own business they are unemployed. When asked about their career they say that they are unemployed but
actually they own a business...What gives??
Any chance this can be changed....PLEASE!

    They could have it say: Business Owner and the name of the Business underneath.
    EA Games / The Sims, has gone backwards since Sims 2, they offered so much variety

    I got to experiment with owning a vet clinic and my sim who owned the business AND worked there was considered "unemployed".
