Party Animal and aspiration GLITCH

I didn't use cheats. What I was saying is that if it won't count them, I can cheat to force the progression after I have my 5 parties. That is what I had to do when my child aspirations were not counting things I had accomplished (like have X friends).

EDIT

I shouldn't have to cheat though, the game should count things as complete once done. I know I'm not the only one having this issue with aspirations and jobs not counting things.
