This is certainly strange. Maybe they didn't have it ready at that moment, but we've had an update since then at the beginning of December. But this redesign is beautiful and at least it's happened.

Strangely being side by side like that I kind of prefer the old version of Grim 🤔 looks more friend shaped and vibing
the new version is more handsome and cool but it also kind of looks like he has been through some 💩
kinda wish they kept the old one as option tbh
