Patch February 27 (Emergency Patch Has Released)

@LeucosiaX I have the EA app set to not update games automatically in settings so when I start it, it prompts me to upgrade Sims 4. At that point I can use the 3 bar menu in the upper left corner to take the EA app offline. It will then let me launch Sims 4 without upgrading. I haven't used Origin for a long long time and I'm not sure how its offline mode works.
