As a new player, I had no clue what that meant. After some internet searching, I found out you can use the Tab key in Build&Buy mode. Try that for anyone looking for it.

This is a feature I was desperate to have in build mode!! Omg. This is gonna be so handy!

If you've used TwistedMexi's Better BuildBuy, the creator at some point added this feature. So while I've had access to free camera mode in build mode for a while now, it's awesome others will have this feature too without mods.

This morning, I ended in a cycle when attempting to login to EA app - kept getting message ‘unable to connect to servers, restart app’. Would do this to get the same message. Tried restarting PC… same thing (2 restarts!). So decided to try a different approach and clicked the load button of Sims 4 through GeForce and got through (it seemed to override the constant loop I had been in with EA), so was able to start the patch update that way. Maybe this was simply coincidental timing or maybe it was an issue. It worked for me. (My computer and all drivers are fully updated.). If anyone else is having the same issue, it may be a work-around for you too.

I have it disabled too. But for that I might try for giggles :D

I also have neighborhood stories turned off, I don’t need a lot of new townies changing. I play rotationally so would rather have my played sims interact as much as possible.

It would be nice if they had a feature for those who live in an apartment for the horse to go to a boarding service. And you can call it out for use when you want to.

I would love a community stable venue! Perfect both for privately owned horses but also for a general riding school. I cannot believe they missed that opportunity!

When you hover over the pet in the relationship panel, the pop up that comes up now also shows how many days does the pet have left before aging up under the life stage name. For elder pets, nothing is shown.



Now bad news.

The Sim Profile for cats and dogs wasn't updated. So you cannot see the aging bar and genealogy for cats and dogs. I did see that one of my dogs has some Handiness skill for some reason...

I didn't know skills show up in the sims info panels like that, is it a new feature?

In the concept art showing horses' Sim Info panel, it should show skills the horse has and its progress. I guess this went over to cats and dogs too, though they have no skills that they should gain (those with levels and meters at least).

Also, The Sims Community has mentioned another new feature not in patch notes: location filters when you are planning social events.

So, every available lot is now categorized under the world it is located in.
