Peer into Soul + Bloodlines/Inherited Traits

I still think that inherited traits should carry over with rebirth. Most of those other traits are things sims could earn again. But the ones that can't be gained in life like magical bloodline and sulani mana are excluded. This makes the rebirth option useless for my current family. I have a fourth generation sulani mana with an ancient bloodline. He was supposed to be reborn but that would mean losing too much.
I will test again next week to see if anything is changed by now.
