Both of my dogs, who were former strays, have these hearts and I have been trying to breed them. Everytime I select "Encourage to Breed with..." it doesn't show the other dog, it shows random strays. I have told them to be nice to each other many times, but they still won't breed. What do I do?! They are mixed breeds, but I didn't think that was a problem.
