Pets wandering around ill, dirty and miserable

There's is a mod to fix the bug (this one if anyone is interested https://littlemssam.tumblr.com/post/175411104103/no-sick-dirty-sad-and-hungry-cats-dogs-npcs ) as far as I'm aware it doesn't affect the Vet Career, it just stops NPC pets from wandering around dirty and all sad looking. It's obviously not "realistic", but this is the sims.
