Pets wandering around ill, dirty and miserable

i think it's okay to have a few sick strays SPECKLED throughout brindleton bay / jungle adventure ~as long as~ there is a way for our sims to interact with them to help. it's when the sim i'm controlling can't do anything that doesn't make any sense... it's coldblooded... and sad. :(
