Out of the 7 households I have in my rotation, multiples are surprisingly high. Two households have one set of twins and a third household has two sets of twins:
In my orphanage, the O'Sullivan twins. They were made in CAS a long time ago, rather than born in-game, though just aged up from child to teen.

These twins were born in-game. Amber is a little darker skinned and tubby than Amy.

Then my third family with two sets of twins. The younger ones (Matthew & Maia) just aged up from toddler. They were all born in-game, Elanor being the only one who turned out blonde.
