I'm gonna have one beach in every district: a family beach for the lower right one, a regular beach for the upper left one and a nudist beach for the volcano island. Also I'm thinking about remodeling the bar, adding a museum, a seafood restaurant and a creativity center for raising all of my sims skills. Plus I'll be doing two "hotels", one expensive and one affordable.
