Play with Autonomy on or off?

How does everyone play their Sims? Auto on or off? When I leave Autonomy on I have to constantly correct the Sim's actions. Ill be cleaning the sheds and she will do that and then automatically go to the radio to dance. Im constantly having to redirect them. How do you all play? Thanks.

My sims would die if I left autonomy off. They actually get into more shenanigans without my "guidance," if you will.

I play with it on always. I just find it more fun.

I always have autonomy on, though have never considered turning it off until reading some of these comments.

Sometimes my Sims will do things I wouldn’t have picked for them, but that’s part of the fun I think! ?

I generally have it on - if I'm trying to micromanage I just hit game options and turn it off while I play.
