I know what you mean. I can't even make a new game without worrying about the sims aging up while I'm in CAS. The only thing that could temporarily solve the problem is to let the sims age up and using MC Command, age them back down. In the meantime until there's a fix, I'm just gonna download some new cc.
There is a new hotfix for MCCC. 5.2.2 is out!
5.2.4 is out actually, you have missed two updates.
@MuggyQuasar, as far as the aging thing goes...just look at when your sims should be aging up and add their birthdays as holidays to the calendar that many days in the future. Then turning aging OFF in game options for played sims and use either cheat codes (for aspiration points) or MCCC to get free potions of youth to use every time you exit CAS. Manually age up your Sims on the day their birthdays come around.
Been working for me great doing it this way. I actually just gave myself enough aspiration points to buy 20 potions of youth so I don't have to go through the bother of adding them every time I use CAS. It's been only a little inconvenient at this point.
This is a decent workaround, I'll give it a go. The thing is because I'm doing my Legacy playthrough, and the time limit is kinda of important if you wanna have a fair score, the fact I've already lost track of where my Sims ages were at makes me sad. My spreadsheet of victory is now undermined.
Not the biggest problem anyone's ever had, but I've worked hard on this Legacy, haha.
