PlayStation vs PC?

Sims has always been better as a pc game and that will never change.

PS4 isn’t a bad option, but if your PC can run the game then for sure get it on PC. I cannot understate how awesome mods are.

I do have a PSP4 Pro with Sims4, but as previous comments, I find the PC version better. I think the Xbox One X would be better, as it is a more powerful console.

If your PC is near the TV, most PC graphics cards do have a HDMI output socket for connecting to a TV. I am surprised as to how few people realise this. Also, the MS controller, same one for Xbox, can be used with a Win10 PC. Sit on your couch and enjoy all the benefits of the PC version on your big screen.

I honestly think they did a fantastic job porting the game over to PS4.

It’s not absolutely the same. The controls are vastly different (inferior) on console, performance is better on PC, and of course there are mods on PC.

I mean the game is on console, mods and the controls are different
absence of mods/CC
and using a joypad
after that I see no different.
even riddled at times with the same base game and pack bugs
I play on a ps4 pro, other than bug issues, runs well


create a sim
build mode
buy mode
packs and base game
the official content, patches, game play, even bugs

are the same as pc
