Please, Consider Non Mandatory Content Updates

Just as suggestion. Many of us have enjoyed free content updates. However, many would prefer these to never be mandatory. Is there some sort o agreement that all free content must be installed into...

Everything would be in the game, we could just opt out of using things. Presumably it would be like downloading a lot from the gallery, where missing items are substituted.
