Please fix the game generated clothing

I don't know if this is a new issue, but at least since the october patch the hospital clothing for my hospitals patients is weird. They have this hospital gown, but also wear a lot of rings (that ugly eyeball ring!). It happens to my played Sims that giving birth and to my patients, when I am playing the hospital career and its super annoying.
Also, as long as I remember, the Sims that gave birth in the hospital always change into that gown when they change into their work clothes.
I want to mention, that the townie clothing gets more and more ridiculous, same with the outfits of my played Sims. When I don't play then and there is an event like christmas, they wear the city living turbans and so many rings and leggings, dresses and socks at the same time, earrings and glasses. Its super annoying! I never gave them this clothes and they wear them forever. Until the next event or when I switch to the household and change it actively.
Now, with realm of magic, every townie in the magic world wears even more weird fashion.
Is it really that big of an issue to turn that off, dear gurus? If you really want that to be in the game, maybe you could make it ootional? Maybe we could check or uncheck game generated outfits, so if I want my sims to only wear my outfit, I can have it that way?
For me its a big deal. It breaks my immersion. I know there are a lot of bugs, but people complain about this since city living. Please give us a fix, thank you.
