I made the decision to take the graduate and his family to the auditorium at 6pm. Seemed more like it was set up for a prom, which it was. But then the game put all of the Sims outside, while the decor was changed for graduation. I brought my family back in and the graduate was now dressed in his robe and cap. Still, they sat around for nearly 45 minutes. So, I took a chance and sent them down to the Starlight Accolades. The nominated Sim was called first. Yay. So, I sent the family back to the auditorium. People were still there. The podium wasn't functioning, and since my graduate was supposed to give a speech, I quickly exchanged the school podium for the presidential one. And had him give speech. Yay. I had my cake and ate it, too. Thank you.
