Which one? If you’re talking about the ones that are usually parks, you can level the lot and build on it. Just change the lot type to residential, and you can move in. If you still want a park, you can build one on a smaller lot. Some lots, like the park in City Living, are Special venues that the game uses for gameplay functions, such as festivals, so they can’t be altered for that reason
  • Thank you so much for your answer. I didn't know you could change the lot type.
I want to change the 64x64 lot type of the Myshuno Meadows Center Park in San Myshuno.

Meanwhile I have changed other lot types just for testing. But this specific one I cannot change.

When I click in build mode on the I for Information it is not possible to change the lot type.
When I hover the mouse on Center Park it says "Für Spezialschauplätze deaktiviert". I guess this is translated "Disabled For Special Venues".

Can you please help me? What am I doing wrong?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!

You’re not doing anything wrong. Special venues are used by the game and can’t be changed. The game spawns festivals in that park.
  • Thank you so much for your answer. So, is there any way to have Sims live on a 64 x 64 lot?
  • the 64x64 lots that are not marked as special lot type can be changed to residential so yeah but that particular lot can't be set into residential i guess

You can live on ANY lot of any size in this game except for the special lots mentioned above. Like the San myshuno Park. I don't know what packs you have but there are other worlds that have 64×64 lots that are not special lots. And you can do whatever you like with those lots. Just change the type to residential and build what you like or download a gallery lot.
  • If you have Cats and Dogs, the Hound's Head lot in Brindleton Bay I think is 64x64. And at least one of the celebrity houses in Del Sol Valley (Get Famous) And they both start as Residential.
  • My Sims live at Myshuno Meadows. I use Zerbu's mod to make it happen... and have had no issues except that Sims no longer seem to visit the surrounding park area on their own.

Windenburg (get together) and Henford on Bagley (cottage living) also have 64x64 lots which can be used as residential if you have those packs. .
