If you have Cats and Dogs, the Hound's Head lot in Brindleton Bay I think is 64x64. And at least one of the celebrity houses in Del Sol Valley (Get Famous) And they both start as Residential.

Windenburg (get together) and Henford on Bagley (cottage living) also have 64x64 lots which can be used as residential if you have those packs. .
