plopsy not working

ok so all of a sudden i cant sell my paintings on plopsy i have people wanting to buy them and it turns blue so when i click on the mailbox and click ship on plopsy and nothing happens in my sims que. is this a glitch all of a sudden or is there a way to reset my lot maybe its the new house i moved them into?

any suggestions would be appreciated thank you

    You could try clicking on the paintings instead of the mailbox. Open the sim's personal inventory and look for the paintings with the blue background.

    Is your mailbox obstructed? Had this happen before and I had to buy a new mailbox.
