Police/Detective grades and uniforms

I played through Detective once. Keep planning to do it again in my current legacy, but the kids keep up being more suited to a different career. I think the black uniform and I know the white hat are for the Chief of Police rank, because after you get done with the uniform ranks, your work outfit is a pair of slacks and a button down shirt with a gun holster (the kind that would normally be worn under a jacket) until you get to Police Chief
