Power getting cut off.. on a lot with no power

This seems like a bit of a silly oversight, but if you're on an off the grid lot with no power and you don't pay your bills the first thing they do is disable your power... Then they cut off your wat...

Yeah I have those and they still work fine after the powers been cut, but I'm pretty sure it's just the case that it's an oversight and they forgot to adapt the bills system for off the grid lots :D
