Premade community lots that can not be recategorized?

Is there a list of community lots that can't be used for anything else than what the shipped for?

I want to build a scout camp (runaway lot) on the deep forest lot of Granite Falls, but then I recall there is a NPC sim hanging out there? Is that lot or sim unwise to adjust?

I also think The Meadows in San Myshuno and the Von Haunt Estate in Windenburg can not be given another lot category. Are there more lots that are stuck with their initial purpose?

I know wed can adjust the builds, and maybe we can still throw a scout camp at the deep forest lot without recategorizing the lot, but as I think the restricted lots are quite few, a total list would come handy.

    Yes that lot I meant also.  I thought you meant the Hermit by NPC, my mistake.   I am not sure will tourists and guide still show up if lot is edited.

    Thanks! That's useful. So, they can not be categorized "custom venue", but some of them might be in the list of throwing a runaway, still? I might hve this wrong, but I think I recall reading that custom venue is not required to host a runaway?

    But is the hermit lot even listed in the travel menu? I thought the only way getting there was via the portal, which would not make it an option for a runaway camp.

    Hm, naybe I'm mixing up those lot names. I wrote "deep forest" but perhaps that should be "national park". I'm away from my game. I meant the large lot where plenty of forest tourists stop by and I think there is a forest guard sim, not the hermit.

    • Ancient Ruins, Windenburg
    • The Bluffs, Windenburg
    • Myshuno Meadows, San Myshuno
    • The Secret Lab, Strangerville (which also cannot be edited)
    • Onsen Bathhouse, Mount Komorebi
    • High School, Copperdale
    • Auditorium, Copperdale
    • The three GTW active career lots

     

    As far as I can tell, no other lots are marked as 'specials', though I don't know what would happen to the Strangerville storyline if you edited the library - I always keep that as a library, though I do make my own version. I also keep the 8 Bells bar as a bar.

    Cave to Hermit's hut is located off lot. It is not really in the national park lot, so that lot is safe to edit. I have not edited it myself, so if it has other issues, no idea. But the Hermit is not in that lot 🙃
