Premades with pets, and some stories!
So usually I stick to playing just my legacy family, but this fall I decided to spice things up and move my youngest heir to a fresh save. This way I could re-visit my old favorite premade sims, as they had long since died, and their great grandchildren(and so on, this was generation 25) had died from old age in my previous save.
I wanted involve these favorite premades in my legacy family's life so every now and then I'd turn off aging for a little while and move between households to progress the premade's lifes.
And of course, this is Sims so there's going to be drama, a metric ton of it. Families and couples previously regarded as "the perfect fit" were now splitting up and starting anew with someone totally different.
And now that we have Cats and Dogs, I moved around and gave most of the families a furry companion of their own.
As I was going from house to house handing out pets I began thinking how different these families have become, so I started taking a picture of each household and writing some notes about them.
And seeing as personally I love seeing what other people do with the premades, I thought it would be fun to share what I've done with mine. :smile:
Lets start with my all time favorite premade family, the Goths.
Cassandra and her husband Don Lothario, here pictured with their daughter Sydney, have recently adopted this poodle called Shadow.
Cassandra sometimes thinks she made a mistake marrying Don Lothario. He practically changed into another man after their wedding, where he had been so romantic , handsome and charming, now he used every excuse to leave the house and often didn't come home until she was already asleep. Don could be as charming as ever if he needed to be, but most of the time he hardly spoke to her.
Cass hoped it would get better when they had Sydney, but all Don did these days was ruffle the toddlers hair to make her laugh and then disappear off to some gym.

Bella Goth(married to Björn Bjergsen, who's now deceased) doesn't have the heart to tell Cassandra that her sister Noel is actually Don's daughter and not Mortimer's as everyone thinks. She only whoohoo'ed with Don once and it was before he started dating Cassandra, but still, it's not the kind of thing you want to tell your oldest daughter who has always looked up to you.
During her pregnancy with Noel things got odd with Mortimer, who thought she was carrying his third child. Bella knew Morty would always love her, even if she told him she cheated on him that one time.
Mortimer, seeing his wife so troubled during her pregnancy, suggested she join a cooking club to take her mind of whatever was bothering her so much and she wouldn't tell him about.
It was at a Upper Crusts gathering that Bella met the club leaders husband, Björn.
Björn and Bella clicked like two pieces of the same puzzle, specially now that Bella couldn't stand to look at Morty with all her guilt eating her up, and before little Noel was even 1 years old then Bella had divorced Mortimer and moved into Björns beautiful island mansion.
BB(Björn&Bella) had one more child of their own, Leigh Bjergsen, who is now but a few days away from being counted as a young adult and already has exchanged promise rings with Max Villareal and asked him to move in with her.
Bella has a little black Pomeranian called Lady.

Small extra:
Mortimer never re-married and loved his Bella til the moment he passed away due to old age. He suspected Noel was not his own but she was Bella's, and that was enough for him to cherish her as his own.
Malcolm Landgraab and his 2nd wife, Sofia Bjergsen just adopted two Siamese cats. Here pictured with their little girl, Diane.
Malcolms thought he had struck red haired gold when Nina Caliante started knocking on his door. A woman like that with a guy like him, dreams did come true after all.
Or so he thought. Turns out Nina's mother, Katrina, had planned for his naive thinking and sent her daughter off to secure a wealthy Landgraab husband. And to add insult to injury he wasn't even their first choice! Old Mortimer Goth was the prime target after his divorce from Bella Goth. Only when that old geezer turned Nina down did she consider marrying into the Landgraab family.
It wasn't until Malcolms own mother kicked out his father the moment he dared retire from his well paying career, that he started to put 2 and 2 together about Nina's reasons for marrying him. By that time they already had 2 children and one more on the way, Malcolm wanted the kids to stay with him after the divorce but Nina fought tooth and nail to keep the kids, and made sure to haul enough child support to be able to hire a live-in nanny when she moved back into her moms place.

Malcolm's ex wife, Nina Caliante got her kids(who's father is Malcolm, though the youngest looks a lot like a certain Lothario...) a Cocker Spaniel named Frio to cheer them up after her divorce from their father. Between the time the kids spent with the nanny and the dog, Nina had plenty of time to hit the gym and make all the younger men turn their heads when she jogged by.
And now that she is single, Nina has a lot more time to hit the gym with her old, and very handsome, partner Don Lothario.
And who knows, after all this workout she feels so good about her self, she might even have what it takes to marry into that Goth family even though the older man has passed on..

Bob and Eliza Pancakes stuck together for all those years, though neither of them liked it very much at all.
Eliza was in one of her moods, she kept yammering on and on and on and on, Bob only kissed her so she would stop complaining for one minute of their miserable lives. Turns out that kiss got pretty heated and well, 20 years later they have a daughter that has just graduated.
Not that Bob regrets having Meredith, but he often wishes things would have gone different. Now he's an aging man closing in on that retirement money and it just feels too late to make a fuss out of things, he's endured for this long, what's another 10 years.
And on the bright side, his Meredith is the light of his life and he couldn't be more proud of the young woman she's become. It doesn't exactly hurt that she snagged the wealthiest man in town and got engaged to him. Ever since Alexander Goth moved in, things have been easier. Eliza is beyond herself to have such a famous man living in her house so she often forgets her husband is living in the very same house as well.
Seeing the young couple be so in love makes Bob's old eyes almost watery, both happy for his daughter and sorrow for what he never had.
The younger couple just got a husky named Sansa. Bob hopes this means he'll get to see some grandchildren soon. First the dog then the baby, right ?
Eliza wanted a cat too so they got her a Persian kitten named Cleo.

Johnny Zest is trying to convince his wife, Dina Caliante to get a dog. But Dina refuses everytime, saying he got his way when she finally agreed to have a child despite it being against her wishes.
Dina sometimes worries that Johnny thinks she only married him for his family connections and rising career. And while yes, initially she sought him out for those reasons then she has slowly started to truly care and perhaps even love him after their years together. Johnny always wanted a big family but children are something Dina can not stand. Seeing her husband grow more saddened over the years, he had long since stopped asking her to change her mind on kids, made her really think about her feelings for Johnny. Maybe a baby wouldn't be so bad, there's plenty of servants to take care of it and it would make Johnny happy.
When little Pelle was born, both Dina and Johnny were old enough to be his grandparents. The best thing of all though was that Dina's part was done,she had carried and given birth to Johnny's son and that was it for her. She is not to hear crying in her bedroom and not to be disturbed at any time when it comes to Pelle-related things.
Johnny must think she's going soft, since he's been asking to adopt a dog. "For the baby, a friend" he says, but Dina thinks not! She has made a sacrifice and now her husband must make some of his own.

Anaya Jang(who's husband has passed away) still lives in her old apartment in the city with her daughter Billie, and Billies boyfriend Edward(younger brother of my legacy heir). None of them could ever have imagined that the stray cat they adopted was actually pregnant with 3 little adorable kittens!
Billie and Edward want to find good homes for the little ones, but old Anaya thinks the kittens should stay, it's not like she has any grandchildren to keep her company, after all.

Clara Bjergsen could never in her wildest nightmares have thought that inviting the famous Bella Goth to join her cooking club would end up ruining her perfect marriage and split up her precious family.
A few months after the divorce was finalized, against her wishes, she meets old widower Jaques Villareal, though the fellow was much older than her they ended up marrying, Clara even ended up pregnant although Jaques passed away before he could meet his youngest daughter.
Clara still lives in Jaques's mansion with their now adult daughter, Juliana and her brand new boyfriend Sergio.
Tensions are high in this household where the only living thing everyone seems to like or tolerate, is Juliana.
Sergio brought his dog Romeo with him when he moved in. It's been a struggle, to say the least, when Clara's old kitty(and some say, Clara as well) clearly doesn't want anyone new on her territory.

Morgan Fyres lives a good, free life. Recently moved to a new part of town, Brindleton Bay, with her husband Robert. To celebrate this new chapter of their lives they got a cute Dalmatian dog by the name of Rocco.
Robert's son who lives down the street with his family has a beautiful Doberman dog that is expecting puppies with Rocco. Now that's a mix everyone is excited to see.
There's so much good in Morgan's life that she often feels blessed by the Great Grilled Cheese. She has a wonderful husband who looks excatly like he did over 20 years ago, he has 2 sons that treat her so nicely. She's only a few years older than Roberts older son, a bit weird, but hey what family isn't a bit weird.
Speaking of weird, Robert once told Morgan he had been with his ex-wife since she graduated out of school. And his ex died in her sleep out of old age last year. It doesn't make any sense, and when Morgan brings it up Robert acts like he doesn't know what she's talking about, says she must have dreamed that since he's obviously still a man still in his best years and not as old as his ex, Eden.
But good things are happening, by moving into this new house Morgan can finally start making her own mark on her home. The last house was great, much bigger than this one, but it was filled with stuff that belonged to Roberts previous wife, she had painted and arranged things the way she wanted them to be. But this house is different, this house is Morgans house.

Shioban Fyres isn't quite sure how her life seems to have taken the turn it did. She used to have dreams of having it all, great friends and a great career, maybe even a great wife if she was lucky.
20 years later and still none of those things have happened. Her friends have families of their own and less time to hang out at cafe's, she works at a cheap restaurant for hardly any money and she's forgotten any wish for a romantic relationship. And all of this is her sister Morgan's fault.
Morgan went and got herself pregnant at a young age, turned out to be twins even. Morgan was always a free spirit their mother used to say, so she wasn't ready to settle down and become a mother, grandma and grandpa mostly took care of the babies.
But when Morgan comes home pregnant again, arguments happened. Morgan said the father of all babies was a married man with kids of his own, and she didn't want to make things difficult for him by telling her parents who it is.
As always though, Shiobans younger sister got what she wanted, and their parents took care of Morgans new set of twins along with the older ones on the condition that Morgan would have no more children.
Problem was though, that Shiobans and Morgans parents were elderly folk already and passed away after the younger twins had their 10th birthday. Morgan had longsince moved in with her mystery man(a man 25 years her senior) and hardly visited her own children. That left Shioban to raise 4 little nieces and nephews all on her own.
Sometimes Shioban feels like she can't even hear her own thoughts in this loud house, she resents her sister for doing this, but she can not hate the children for simply being born. So she takes care of them the best she can and takes it one day at a time.

Travis Scott got himself into quite the pickle when he started dating Librety Lee, only to find out that his other roomate, Summer, also fancied him in a more then a friendly way! Seeing as he was good friends with the both of them then the situation got all too awkward, so he broke things off with Librety and both girls moved out of the house.
Some years passed, and Travis met Zoe Patel whom he invited to come live with him. The two are now happily married and have a little girl called Kristen who's a spitting image of her father.
The family recently got a puppy, that Kristen got to name "Laserwolf", and boy were they not expecting their tiny puppy to grow up to be this big! Laserwolf is quite the troublemaker and eats like a horse, but him and Kristen have become such good buddies that Travis and Zoe can't bear to give him up.

Summer Holiday has come a long way from being the jealous friend. When she moved out of Scotts house and into the city, she lived a very active social life and there wasn't a good party without her being there. There's no denying that she flirted her way into a few short term relationships, but when she met Paolo Rocca at one of her parties then her world took a change. They started dating and Summer was pregnant within weeks, not what was planned but the couple were happy anyway.
With a bun in the oven Paolo and Summer decided to move in together in the more quiet neighborhood,Oasis Springs.
10 years later they're living the suburban dream, married with 2 beautiful children and a cute little dog.

Pfew, and that concludes my favorite premades, the rest are kind of just doing whatever.
