I focus on my own Sims, so this isn't an issue for me. I also don't like the idea of defining Sims by how they look, so if a Sim is born & raised in Sulani or Mt. Komorebi, I consider them to be from those places. With occults, even though I play vampires, I generally ignore occults so it doesn't bother me to have them be displaced.
