So my Sim married an NPC world generated Sim who was also a vampire and she had the withered stomach weakness. He created the cure to turn her into a human and it worked; however, she still gets nause...

When a sim who has been a vampire in the past is turned into a vampire again, they get all their previous strengths and weaknesses back.
Turn her back into a vampire and she will have the withered stomach weakness. You can turn her into a vampire quickly with the cheat: traits.equip_trait trait_OccultVampire
Once she is a vampire again, get rid of her withered stomach weakness easily with this cheat, which will gets rid of all weaknesses while allowing the sim to keep all their vampire powers: bucks.lock_all_perks_for_bucks_type 40962 false
You can get her sim ID with this cheat: sims.get_sim_id_by_name First name Last Name
Then, turn her back into a human quickly and easily with this cheat: traits.remove_trait trait_OccultVampire
