One of my biggest Oops moments also involved the MCCC mod. There is a setting that involves the number of babies born. I misunderstood what it was telling me. I was thinking that I was setting it to allow only two births over the course of a sim's life. But what I had actually set was the number of babies allowed during a single pregnancy. What I ended up doing was actually doing away with single births but allowing only twin births, and before I knew it my game save was totally overrun by baby sims. Oh and by the way I had culling disabled in my game.
