Problem with NoCC Artwork downloaded from the Gallery?

I had to go hunt some rooms down with the art work. Once I placed the room the art work disappeared in two of the rooms, and in two of them it stayed. I don't know what the difference is. I placed them in build mode with no sims on the lot.
