This is indeed confusing. I also wonder why this is happening.
I unfortunately don't remember the name of the house and the name of the creator, since I deleted the house from my Library.
Many of the artwork that I have downloaded have been uploaded to the Gallery as rooms, and the problem is happening with the rooms also, as SikoahGrace noticed as well,

I haven't tried repairing my game, and I'm thinking that I won't repair now, since this is the only problem that I have currently. It's good to think about it though, sometimes it might really be necessary to repair the game. I haven't deleted the localthumbnail cache, but it can be good to do so. I have seen it being recommended to do often, so that is a good advice too.
That particular house that I mentioned, was a base game house, and all items were on place when I placed the lot, but the noCC Artwork pictures were blank. That was suprising: this kind of thing has never happened before.
Update: now that I was checking again many of the pictures/paintings (which I have downloaded and saved to my Library), they showed the way as they should and everything seemed to be normal again. I didn't do anything in the meantime, so the problem seemed to be only temporary, at least for now...
