okay I seem to of fixed this but don't know how as I couldn't do it for a day and half and now I can open the cheat window...... after reinstalling the whole of my games of the Sims 4 (46) as I don't have all the kits but not sure what is causing this issue for me...... I have an old keyboard and this didn't open the window either.
