Danger Kid

Has anyone been able to trigger the Danger Kid formative challenge?

I really want a particular child to do this but cannot think of many 'dangerous' things for him to do which may trigger it. I had him play out in the rain during a thunderstorm and I had him try to talk to the monster under the bed... I thought one of those would have done it but, nope. I also just tried the 'start formative challenge' option but Danger Kid didn't appear.

Any ideas?
