Prom question

Prom starts at 7pm and last for 4 hrs.

If you're a mod user, make sure MCCC is updated. There's an older version that broke Prom besides the calendar related bug. So the latest public release (free) or Patreon release will do.

I think it may have been a fluke in my game but I finally got Prom to pop up. I started yet another test save after the hot fix. Made sure all mods were up to date. Played through the week and saved right before 7pm on Saturday incase it was still broken. I was surprised when it finally worked and I believe the talent show was also on the calendar. I hope you can get it to work. I know starting a test save and playing through a whole week just to test this out can be annoying.

Yes happened to me however the Next Prom the following Saturday happened.

Prom isn't on my calendar but the pop-up notifications have so far appeared every week.
I think even if the pop-up doesn't happen, I can travel to the auditorium just after 7pm (bringing along my date or friends or whoever) and prom should be there.

No sometimes the prom won't occur. Your sims will get there and the auditorium will be empty and not even decorated.

Prom cancels if you get the pre prom party notification and it doesn't if you don't. This has happened to me twice. When I didn't get the pre prom party notification it didn't cancel. When I did it did cancel and this happened with the two proms that canceled.
