Promotion Work From Home?

yes they get the promotion it's just on the next day of work but by the next day (but I don't mean they have to got to work the can just work from home)

Yes they do, I was playing a Sim and he was in the internet one, and just like going to work he had tasks he would have to do and he would move up.

I didn't keep him home every day, some times I would send him to work, but he did still move up in his career.

There is an issue though. If your Sim is eligible for a promotion and you switch household for a while before receiving it and then come back, the Sim in question won't receive the promotion until after another full day's work. I find that frustrating.
