PSA: Fix your child's loose tooth before aging her up to teen

This can also happen to Child sims, even if they haven't aged up. It seems to happen when the the "Loose Tooth" moodlet expires and the overlay for the gap is applied.

It might be possible to circumvent it by manually pulling and fixing the tooth.

I recommend saving before sleeping/napping whenever there is a Child in the household, as the "Loose Tooth" moodlet has a chance of being applied every time the Child sim wakes up.
