Public bathing
Is there a mod-free way to have a bath in public? Would strategically placed walls do the trick? I'm trying to create a public wash house and don't want a mass death by embarrassment...

In the end I used half-wall cubicles with baths and it seems to be fine. It must be something about community lots. Thanks everyone!
