Public Relations job requirement question

My Sim is a Community Manager in Public Relations and today her work from home task is "Brighten the day of -co-workers twice". I can't find any co-workers. What do I do??

Thank you for the suggestions, Luckily at the end of the workday she was promoted and the task went away.
